  • "It was a pleasure being part of Rahshaana’s CBRT group and I looked forward to meeting every week. We had a cohesive group and felt comfortable sharing our thoughts and receiving helpful feedback. The group was a nice mixture of education and exercises that enhanced the learning experience. We also received emails in between sessions that provided extra resources. I was able to use the class material in my private practice and this led to my enrollment in the CBRT teacher’s training.
