Rahshaana works with groups and organizations to understand the underlying causes of biases and alienating behaviors. She creates strategic and tactical blueprints for sustaining an equitable and inclusive culture. This unique approach is grounded in neuroscience, psychology and human behavior and can be customized to any organization (through trainings, consultation, facilitation and resources).
