Movement

Embodied Practices

Connect to your breath and body as a tool to develop awareness, compassion, stay present, feel connected, find balance and better understand and love yourself.

Classes meet you where you are, regardless of what you may be navigating with your body - injuries, age-related issues, pregnancy, postpartum, anxiety, etc.

What’s Involved?

Practices involve yoga, meditation or a combination of the two. Yoga practices are based on or inspired by Forrest Yoga. Meditation practices will vary.

All practices focus on using the breath as a way to connect with and stay grounded in the body to more skillfully and gracefully navigate stress and the challenges encountered in everyday life.

“This is why yoga goes far beyond asana done on a mat. Let’s make our mats a place where we practice how we want to be in the world.”
