Resilience

Resilience Is Power

Resilience is the ability to both adapt well and recover quickly after stress, adversity and trauma. Changing the way we react to challenges and stressors takes time. Becoming more aware of our natural tendencies and reactions is foundational to starting to shift towards a more positive and desired way of living and being.

Nalanda Institute’s Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT) is a complete, evidence-based method of training the resilience of mind, heart, and body we need to sustain lives of well-being, engagement and purpose in our interdependent world. It was developed and tested at the university hospitals of Columbia and Cornell, where it has been offered continuously since 1998.

Empower yourself to “pause” and develop wise responsiveness to stressors, rather than reactivity, to help heal and access your full potential.
